Hills & Holler was created by Brandon Patrick and Michael Wooldridge in 2016 as a way to speak some magic into reality.
Our aim is to pay homage to our queer elders, uphold intersectional-or-bust politics, and uplift those in our community who have done the WORK + have fun!
The vibe is like a West Coast Commune met a Stoner Country Store near a Queer Summer Camp… Yeah, we like it too!
Hills & Holler is operated from a little home dome in Austin, TX.
Terms and Conditions
Order Minimum: $100 Opening & Returning
We expressly prohibit the resale of our goods on third party vendor sites or platforms such as eBay, Amazon etc.
Doing so is a violation of our wholesale agreement and will result in account termination.
Retail prices must not be lower than our listed MSRP prices on any listings for our products that you choose to make.
All prints are shipped inside of their own protective sleeve and sturdy backing. All greeting cards are shipped inside of their own sleeves and include an envelope. All suncatchers are shipped in a protective sleeve with an instructional postcard. All bandanas are folded and packaged with a paper band, but no sleeve. All herbal incense ships in its protective bag packaging. Please let us know if you require additional packaging options to fit your needs or have any requests like zero-waste alternatives!
Shipping Policy
Orders may take 1-3 weeks to arrive. We do our best to keep all products in stock and delivery times as short as possible!
If you have a date in mind for arrival, please let us know before you place your order and we would be happy to forecast delivery dates for you depending on stock and current production times.
All wholesale orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground with included insurance to match your order value.
If you have a shipping preference or an account you would like to use, please let us know!
We will ship the most cost effective method for your order by default.
International customers are responsible for all fees that may occur during transit. If you have a specific shipping window, please let us know before or at your time of order.
A shipping estimate will be added to your order when it is placed. All actual shipping costs are calculated by size and weight at the time that your order ships. In the instance that your actual shipping costs are less than our estimate, you will be refunded for any overages.
Hills & Holler X Cat Dad is not responsible for carrier delays, damage, or loss of your order. Please confirm that your shipping / delivery address is correct upon payment. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please provide us with pictures and a description of the damages upon arrival so that we may submit an insurance claim asap.
Return Policy
Cancellations or changes to orders must be made within 48 hours of placing an order. Cancellations or reductions in an order after 48 hours will be subject to a restocking fee up to 15% depending on your order size.
Exchanges are accepted with authorization. We reserve the right to deny the exchange of any goods, including those returned that we do not deem to be in “like-new” or “sellable” condition. All shipping expenses for exchanged merchandise are the responsibility of the retailer. Returned merchandise is valid for credit on future orders only.
Hills & Holler X Cat Dad accepts returns on defective product only, valid for exchange or credit. Please request authorization before shipping merchandise.
