Payment
- Payment for first order is expected before delivery
- Subsequent orders may qualify for Net 30 pending approval
- Well-established retailers may request exemption from upfront payment for their first order if they can provide credit references.
Shipping
- Customer is responsible for shipping on all orders under $200
- Divine Iguana is happy to offer free shipping on all orders totaling $200 or more
- Orders ship via Priority mail or UPS with insurance and tracking.
Returns and Refunds
- Only accepted on damaged or incorrect items
- Divine Iguana will cover the cost of return shipping
- Refunds given after returned merchandise has been received
- Items returned without meeting the “damaged or incorrect” qualifications, or items damaged by customer misuse or shop wear will be subject to a restock fee of 25% of their wholesale price + the cost of shipping
Exchanges
- Retailers may exchange unsold merchandise in salable condition once every three months
- Exchanges must be accompanied by a purchase of at least $50 more than the value of the exchanged merchandise

Turn Around
- Most orders ship within two weeks
- During the busy season turn around can be as long as a full month. If the estimated time is longer than two weeks I will inform you well in advance.
