*Returns/Refunds are only offered for items damaged during shipping. Please be prepared to photograph the damaged packaging and items and submit a statement of damage
as required by my postal insurance carrier.
*Any item that fails to perform as it should (chain breakage, etc.) will be promptly exchanged for a new item.
