Creating & Processing:
Please allow up to 4 weeks for your wholesale order to be complete unless you are purchasing a ‘Ready to Ship’ item. I keep a regular stock of my leather and update the qty in my shop regularly but sometimes I may need to adjust your order if I am out of stock. You will receive a refund or you may pick another product to replace in this case.
All bags & wallets come with care instructions for your customer, Dunole hangtags, & a bio card you can display in your shop. Leather purses will also come with a soft cotton drawstring dust bag. All items are securely wrapped with bubble wrap.
Packaging for your Boutique
Please pay all orders within 15 days from invoice date.
Shipping United States:
UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Once your item has been shipped an email notification will be sent with a tracking number for your reference. If you need a rush on your order (before 4 weeks) or a specific date to receive by, please leave a note on your purchase or email me. Rush Orders will incur an extra charge of $35.
First Class International or UPS Ground. Once your item has been shipped an email notification will be sent with a tracking number for your reference.
Drop Shipping is Available. A deposit of 25% of the wholesale cost must be paid for in advance to reserve the item and ensure it is in-stock for your customer. All items will be mailed within 2 business days after your email has been received to mail the item and the remaining amount is paid including shipping. Products can be mailed directly to customers or your shop.

Wholesale Returns & Restocking Fees: I stand behind these products and want to maintain a great relationship with my retailers. All retail orders come with a 10 day money back guarantee. Items must be unused & in resalable condition. Simply return the merchandise with the original invoice and a note stating your reason for return and I will gladly refund your purchase price. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable, and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the re-fund. Custom orders can not be returned.
Lost, Incorrect or Damaged Goods:
If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact me within 3 business days after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced after the damaged merchandise has been returned to Dunole within 10 days of receipt for inspection. You may also send photos if you need anything rushed. Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through Delivery Confirmation tracking, will be replaced. For both circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given.
Repair &/or Replace Guarantee
I love these pieces and stand firmly behind the the materials and craftsmanship that are involved in the process of creating them. I strive to exceed your expectations of quality but in the unlikely event you or your customer find a problem with the materials or craftsmanship of the product, I will repair or replace your item for the same or similar style depending on what is available. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to mistreatment, although I will repair items if possible for a reasonable fee if the materials are available. *This excludes keychains & Sample Sale items.
All pieces will come with their own specific care instructions stating the exact type of leather or wool used, how to care for the piece, and a little bit about the artist.
