Pricing & Minimums
Minimum opening order for Sarahbi is $250, with a re-order minimum of $150. Accounts falling below $250 in the previous 12 weeks will be required to place a new minimum opening order. Retailers maintaining active status will be featured on our website and Facebook page as Stockists. Incoming retail inquiries in your area will also be directed to your store as long as active status is maintained.
You may place orders via email or phone.
Payment is by credit card or PayPal. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We do not ship C.O.D. We do not charge your card until your order is ready to ship, but we must have a valid card on file before we can process any orders.
We do not stock items in inventory; your items are crafted once your order is placed. Shipping is generally 4-6 weeks from time of order. Please call us at 843-224-5360 to check current shipping windows.
Any cancelled order is subject to a 50% cancellation fee payable within 5 days of cancellation. Shipment dates that are pushed back by the buyer 60 days or more from the original requested shipment date will be treated as cancelled and subject to the 50% cancellation fee. Unpaid fees will be submitted to a collection agency after 90 days. Amount due will include all legal and collection fees
Returns & Exchanges
Returns may be made on damaged merchandise within three days of receipt of order. Return requests must be made via email to info@Sarahbi.com. Exchanges may be made on merchandise that is in excellent and unworn condition within six months of receipt. Exchange requests must be made via email to info@Sarahbi.com and will be credited to your next order. Exchanged merchandise cannot total more than 20% of the next order. Merchandise deemed to have been worn will be returned and will not be exchanged.
Repairs on items that suffer from manufacturing defects will be made at no charge within one year from date of purchase. Repairs due to client wear or damage (including strike damage or dropping) will be quoted on an individual basis. Please request Return Authorization in writing to info@Sarahbi.com.
All items by Sarahbi are made using exclusively fine and sterling silver, and semi-precious stones.
Buyer agrees to keep all wholesale pricing, terms and conditions confidential. Wholesale pricing, terms and conditions, should not be published or discussed with other parties by the buyer under any circumstance.
We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account at any time at our discretion.
