Wholesale orders are made to order and will be fulfilled as they are received, and currently production time is 5-7 business days. If you need your items sooner please inquire before ordering. PLEASE NOTE – SHIPPING CHARGES ARE BILLED (EXACT CHARGES) AT TIME OF SHIPMENT.
Minimum opening order is $100, reorders $50. Since each product is printed when order is place, there is currently no minimum set per print.
All orders must be prepaid, unless prior approval/arrangements have been made. We accept Visa or company check. CODs are not accepted. Please note that if paying by check, we require up to an additional 3-5 business days for check clearance prior to order shipment. A $35 return check fee will be charged for all returned checks.
All products come with a Selena Ashley Designs business card and are packaged with a cardboard backing and plastic sleeve. Please keep branding/packaging in tact.
Orders will be shipped via United States Post Office unless special shipping accommodations are requested in advance of order processing. Shipping is billed separately at time of shipment, billing exact shipping charges. Tracking numbers will be provided on all shipments. Turnaround time for orders varies based on product and availability, average lead time is 5-7 business days on all products. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Selena Ashley Designs will not be responsible for items beyond its own carrier. In case of damages caused by a third party carrier, it will be the customers’ responsibility to file a claim with that third party carrier.
All sales are final. All returns must be pre-approved. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. All freight charges on return shipments must be prepaid. Products sold are on a nonreturnable basis unless damaged. To qualify for a claim or replacement, please keep damaged goods along with the packaging for 30 days from date of receipt.
Claims must be made in writing via e-mail within 7 days of receipt of order. Customer account number and date must be specified. Selena Ashley Designs reserves the right to refuse any claims after the initial 7-day period. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply to any returns and/or cancelled orders. All products by Selena Ashley Designs are handlettered and printed individually product may vary slightly in color, texture and finish with every order/reorder. Please note, most variations in products are not considered flaws or defects and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Valid Resale Certificate required prior to account approval. Selena Ashley Designs is not responsible for any sales tax or fees associated with the resale of wholesale products.
TERMS OF SALE Upon purchase of our products, resale of Selena Ashley Designs items are permissible only in the retail location and/or website listed on original application. Under no circumstances do we allow reselling on Etsy, Amazon, daily deal sites (Zulily, Tanga, etc).
