– Please allow 3-4 weeks for an order to be completed. Sometimes I can have an order done earlier, so let me know if you need it sooner and I’ll do everything in my power to make it happen. There are often stones that are not readily available and materials can sometimes be back ordered, but beyond those reasons, and the fact that I am the sole worker in my business, I want to do everything I can to accommodate you and your business.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

– I request a $300 minimum order and a $175 minimum for re-orders, plus any shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the buyer.                                                                                                                                     

– Because each piece I make is fabricated by hand and made to order, I cannot accept returns for wholesale. I also cannot accept returns on broken stones, as this is a matter of care which is the responsibility of the customer.
