Megan Brown is the owner/artisan/business woman behind The Pretty Pickle. Each piece is handcrafted by pressing and preserving the botanicals and pretreating the wings in preparation for the resin process.

Lead time: This depends on the size and types of items ordered. Botanicals take about a week from start to finish, while wings can take up to 3 weeks from start to finish. I do keep most things in stock in limited quantities, so there might be times where I’m able to ship out immediately. If you need a rush on your order, please inquire for a more detailed timeframe.

Order Minimums: All orders, including first time orders, have a $100 order minimum.

Shipping: Orders will be shipped through USPS on most occasions, as this is most cost effective for most orders. Any overages charged for shipping will be refunded to the purchaser after shipment is complete.

Returns: Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 15 days upon receipt of goods if items are damaged or defective.

Payments: All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. At this time, I do not offer payment terms (net 30, 60, 90, etc).

Cancellations: Orders are typically started within 24 hours of being placed, therefore, if you need to adjust, change, or cancel your order, please contact me to determine if that is possible.
