WHOLESALE POLICIES: $200 Minimum Order | $150 reorder

All items are handmade using the highest quality ingredients.

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

Turnaround time for items is 2-3 weeks. All items are made to order. Orders will ship via insured USPS Priority Mail. Shipping will be invoiced separately after purchase order has been reviewed and accepted.

PRODUCTION TIME

All orders that include cold processed soaps may require an additional 6 weeks, for the soap to cure, if not in stock at the time the order is placed. The exact times from the onset of the order placement and the shipping date will vary depending on the variety and amount of products ordered. We know that you want your order as soon as possible, so we will ship as soon as we know the products can be packaged and shipped safely.

Return Policy

RETURNS

Returns accepted on a case by case basis within 5 days after order is delivered. For damaged items, please email us with photos of the damages. There is a 10% restocking fee for all unopened/unused items returned in new condition. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and we will do everything in our power to ensure that our customers are pleased with their purchases.
