Creating & Processing:
Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your wholesale order to be complete. I make everything by hand upon order. When your order comes through I will double check everything and set a ship date for you. A copy of your invoice and ship date will be sent to the email you have on the order.
All bags & wallets come with care instructions for your customer, Dunole hangtags, & a bio card you can display in your shop. Leather purses will also come with a soft cotton drawstring dust bag. All items are securely wrapped with bubble wrap.

Please pay all orders within 15 days from invoice date.
Shipping United States:
UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Once your item has been shipped an email notification will be sent with a tracking number for your reference. If you need a rush on your order (before 4 weeks) or a specific date to receive by, please email me. Rush Orders will incur an extra charge of $40.
First Class International or UPS Ground. Once your item has been shipped an email notification will be sent with a tracking number for your reference.
Free Shipping on orders over $600+
*1st Orders* ~I love these pieces and I know you will too! Try your first order out risk-free for 45 days. If for any reason my products are not working in your shop send them back in unused & resalable condition with a note stating your reason for return. You’ll be responsible for shipping but thats it! And I will even help you find the lowest shipping cost.
*Other Returns* ~I will gladly refund your purchase price minus a 5% re-stocking fee up to 15days. You are responsible for shipping the items back, but I can help find the lowest shipping cost for you.
Lost, Incorrect or Damaged Goods:
If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact me within 3 business days after its arrival. Take Photos! Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced after the damaged merchandise has been returned to Dunole within 10 days of receipt for inspection. Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through Delivery Confirmation tracking, will be replaced. For both circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given.
Repair &/or Replace Guarantee
I love these pieces and stand firmly behind the the materials and craftsmanship that are involved in the process of creating them. I strive to exceed your expectations of quality but in the unlikely event your customer finds a problem with the materials or craftsmanship of the product, I will repair or replace the item for the same or similar style depending on what is available. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to mistreatment. I can in most cases repair the items though for a reasonable fee if the materials are available. Shipping is paid by customer.
All pieces will come with their own specific care instructions stating the exact type of leather or wool used, how to care for the piece, and a little bit about the artist.
I design exclusive pieces! Get something designed for your customer audience. Exclusive pieces are for your store only, these will not be available anywhere else. I also offer exclusive colors too. Email me.
